Diane is a representational lanscape painter who has been painting professionally for over 15 years. You can find her painting outdoors year 'round. Her love of nature is evident in her Plein-air landscapes, as well as in her larger studio paintings. She has the uncanny ability to capture the feeling and spirit of a moment in time with strokes of luscious paint that depict the nature of the day. Diane says painting is like therapy for her. She can get lost in her work and not even notice the movement of time. Diane finds  Minnesota's lakes, trees, farmlands and countrysides have much beauty to offer her. She has also put paint to canvas in Alaska, California, Colorado, France, Hawaii, Mexico, Montana, and South Dakota.
