My name is Shannon Leigh, and I am a nature inspired artist from Minnesota. 

I've always had a deep love for nature, so naturally the changing seasons quickly became my favorite muse.

My go-to medium to represent this love is watercolor. My other artistic mediums include singing, writing, and creating more wearable pieces of artwork, such as floral crowns and fantasy garb.

Watercolor is my go-to because it brings me into a meditative place and allows me to just flow with the element, the way water in nature so often does. 

Some other activities that fuel my inspiration is travel of course, as well outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, hiking, snowboarding, long-boarding, photography, and yoga.
