Meet Our Artists...

The Wyoming Area Creative Arts Community (WACAC)is an alliance of Artists, Musicians, Performers, Photographers, and Writers that have come together to bring the arts to the communities surrounding Wyoming, MN including Forest LakeStacyNorth BranchChisago City, and more. 

Starting out in 2012 with about a dozen artists, musicians, and writers, the Wyoming Area Creative Arts Community's members incorporated.  They received their status as a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and in 2015 became the first arts council in Minnesota's District 7E to own it's own building.  With the acquisition of building at 5521 East Viking Blvd in Wyoming, MN the Wyoming Area Creative Arts Community turned it into a center for the arts, where they encourage personal growth and discovery, while providing mentorship for artists through presentations, performances, displays and exhibitions.

The Wyoming Area Creative Arts Community (WACAC) was formed by an alliance of artistsmusiciansperformersphotographers, and writers, with a goal of enriching the quality of life in the Wyoming area by facilitating inspirational venues where regional, national, and international cultural activities can illuminate, educate, and entertain. 

This arts community is committed to celebrating the diversity of the region surrounding Wyoming, MN by offering an array of affordable cultural opportunities and experiences designed to appeal and be accessible to all.

North American Reciprocal Museum Association (N.A.R.M.)WACAC and the Hallberg Center for the Arts is a member of the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association® is one of the largest reciprocal membership programs in the world with members in the United States, Bermuda, Canada, El Salvador and Mexico! NARM has 973 arts, cultural, and historical institutions along with botanical gardens, children’s museums, science and technology centers and more that offer their individual NARM qualified members reciprocal benefits.
