Jens Vange

Jens received his first camera in his early teens from his father, an avid vacation photographer. A Kodak 110 format pocket Instamatic. He spent the next three decades expanding his gear and building on his father’s inspiration to capture the essence of places.

As an architect, Jens honed his aesthetic sensibilities, particularly drawn to the magic of light, which sparked his fascination with reflections. Jens continues to seek out the hidden dimensions of urban architecture, often returning to the immediacy and stealth of a pocket camera: his iPhone. His primary camera is a Sony A7iii. All images are single exposure.

Jens' photos have been published and exhibited internationally.
