ABOUT IMAGE

This is the 32nd year of IMAGE, an annual judged art show, sponsored by the East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC)!!! ECRAC will host the show at its office and gallery in downtown Braham, MN. The show opens Saturday evening, April 27, 2019, and will be open for viewing through Saturday, May 4. 

There is no fee to participate in or attend IMAGE.  However, artists wishing to exhibit a work of art at the IMAGE Art Show must read and complete this online entry form and submit it before or on the deadline date of Monday, April 1, 2019. No late entries can be accepted.

Please note that the IMAGE Art Show does not have set categories for entering artwork or for distributing the awards.  Instead, artists describe the medium used, in their own words (up to 50 characters), on their entry form.  

IMAGE 2019 AWARDS

These will be awarded at the Art Show Opening Celebration on Saturday, April 27, starting at 6 p.m.:

-  2 Judge's Choice Awards - $500 each;

-  up to 10 Excellence Awards - $200 each;

-  up to 10 Merit Awards - $150 each;

-  and Purchase Awards will also be made.   

            ECRAC will purchase 1 or more entered works of art that will become part of the permanent artwork collection.

There will also be a People's Choice Award that will be announced after the end of the show on May 4 - $300.

Before the Show...

Online Entry Deadline - Monday, April 1, 2019, at 11:59 p.m.
 

Entry Confirmation - You will receive an immediate confirmation/thank you when you submit your entry - this will not be an email, it is a website page that pops up as soon as your entry is submitted.  In addition, ECRAC staff will email, and mail, your  confirmation, and identification/receipt cards, to entrant artists before April 19, 2019.

Note that the show can't open any earlier than 5 p.m. due to the judging process.

     Welcome and Judge's Award Presentation (6 p.m.)

     Artist entrants are encouraged to attend!  Hors d'oeuvres!
