Sarah Morris

Sarah MorrisSarah Morris has a habit of missing the forest. From the day the Minneapolis based singer-songwriter picked up a guitar, armed with the bone-deep memory of her parents’ well-loved record collection and rooted in the storytelling fire of a Mary Chapin Carpenter tune, she’s been too busy crafting love letters to the details of the trees. Sarah’s endearingly honest, expertly penned songs encourage audiences to pull away from the big picture and get caught up in the magic of our everyday minutia, the rainy day ache in her sunlit voice granting us permission to escape into stories at once hauntingly familiar and uniquely her own.

Dan Rumsey

Dan RumseyDan Rumsey writes about the joys, challenges, heartaches and persistence of the human spirit. He sings and plays guitar in a soulful, bluesy style. His songs have been recognized at songwriting events: 1st place Upper Midwest Singer/Songwwriter Contest, finalist Great River Folk Festival, 3rd place Minnesota Folk Festival. "Dan Rumsey would have felt right at home in the 1960's folk-blues scence."  - Sing Out! Magazine

Molly Brandt

Molly BrandtThe winter wind howls off the lake outside a small-town dive bar. Inside, an older woman imparts her hard-won life lessons to a heartbroken young stranger. This is one of many worlds Molly Brandt creates in her songs. The Midwest singer-songwriter captivates audiences with her evocative storytelling, fiery delivery and iconic fashion. Brandt paints vivid pictures of heartache, perseverance and revenge; of blue-collar struggles and dive-bar revels. Her debut album, Surrender to the Night, showcases her vocal and lyrical strengths across a tapestry of styles, from honky-tonk to alt-rock. Her music is unforgettable and combustible, “like propane and cigarettes”.
