The eighth annual In. Art Show & Competition presented by the Wyoming Area Creative Arts Community, opening at the Hallberg Center for the Arts, in Wyoming, MN, this year adding outdoor sculpture to accepted mediums.
Judges: Rurik Hover, Christopher Harrison and Dee Ann Sibley.
